Parent of a high school sophomore or junior? There are two things you should do today to help your child begin the college search
One of my students just received $88k in merit scholarships; How scholarships work!

Here’s a text I received from one of my students this week:
She was accepted to Loyola Chicago. And received $88,000 in addition to the acceptance!

Want to know how scholarships work? Want to maximize the chance that your child receives a scholarship like this in their acceptance package? If so, it’s a 3-step process:

Step 1: Understand the paying for college formula:

Sticker Price

Minus (-) Financial Aid

Minus (-) Merit Scholarships

Equals (=) What You Pay

Step 2: Understand the difference between merit scholarships & financial aid. They are independent buckets…but can both be used to reduce the total cost of college

Step 3: Understand how to put yourself in the best position in both scholarship buckets.

I teach this in my multi-year start-to-finish College Confidence Program to ensure my students are in the best possible position for not just college admission success, but college payment success.
And I’ll teach you the same thing, right now, right here, for free:

Time: 13 minutes, 15 seconds
For: Parents of HS Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores, Freshmen
