Parent of a high school sophomore or junior? There are two things you should do today to help your child begin the college search
Michigan, Georgia Tech, UT-Austin, & Tulane!
Written by Jack Delehey on April 22nd, 2022
The acceptances are rolling in for my seniors. And so are the happy faces.

Over the last two weeks, I’ve had seniors gain acceptance, and commit to, the following schools:
  • University of Michigan (21.9% out of state acceptance)
  • Georgia Tech (17% acceptance rate)
  • UT-Austin (32% acceptance rate)
  • Tulane (11.1% acceptance rate)
Time for you to meet these rockstar students of mine!
Anastasia, University of Michigan (Class of 2026)
Maisie, Georgia Tech (Class of 2026, Accepted to the prestigious “First Year Study Abroad” Program, where she will spend her first six weeks at Oxford, followed by 6 weeks traveling Europe…what a way to start your college career!)
Anshul, UT-Austin (Class of 2026)
Lindsey, Tulane University (Class of 2026)
What you are seeing here is the end result. And these end results are tremendously impressive. But to me what’s even more impressive, was the process each of these hard-working students have gone through with me over the last year +. They applied consistent, weekly efforts over the course of the last year…and it paid off!

Congratulations to these four, as well as all HS seniors around the country who are making college decisions this upcoming week!

Do you have a high schooler who isn’t a senior? If you have an 11th, 10th, or 9th grader (and are dreading this whole “college planning” thing), I have one thing to tell you: you don’t have to dread it! College planning can be fun, stress-free, and successful (just ask those four students above…or these families here!).

Feel free to reach out (or pass this link along to a family who may need it). Perhaps I can help guide your highschooler just like I did for the four students above! And at the very least, I may be able to send you on your own way with a little more confidence.

Happy college acceptances,
-Jack

P.S. - If you are a current family of mine, would you do me a huge favor? Hop into the DCC Member-Only Skool Group and write them a congratulatory post! I know they’d appreciate it.
